    • Saftey Lock! HELPPPP!!!

    my brother put my account on pk mode over a week ago so i put safty lock on for 5 hours without knowing what would happen, so i posted another thread about 4 days ago and people told me i had 2 option:

    1) to wait 5 hours and then change the safty lock back when it turns off,
    2) to change the duration and leave it for 3 days,

    well i have tried both and my safty lcok is still on for 5 hours, so can someone pllzzzzz help me :D

      Did you try to change it again after you changed it the first time? if you do that the time resets.

      if you didn't, submit a ticket.

      i did the first time but the second time i asked before doing it thats y its been voer a week, how do i submit a ticketb:surrender

      Heres the thing: You set the time at 1 mins and confirm. Then, if you check again, (i think after re logging, not sure) it will still show time as 5 hours. This DOES NOT mean that it didn't work, and if you think it didn't, and try to change again, this will reset the 3 day timer. If this isn't what happened, yea go submit a ticket b:surrender

      Edit: To ticket, go to http://support.perfectworld.com , select request support and go through the steps till you get to the part where you get to send a ticket. Used to be that http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing would take you directly to that part, but seems it's been changed.

      yes that what i did i set it for 1 min when i posted previously on the forums then i left it for 3 days but it didnt work so on the forth day i tried to do it by waiting 5 hours then changing but both ways didnt work

      scroll up to the top of this website, to the menu bar across the top. at the right end of that, click "support". scroll down a little bit there and click the link "request support".

      You set it to the time u want, hit ok, wait 3 days.

      yes dude i realized that... i set it 1min and dint tocuh it for 4 days it still didnt work and ive submitted a ticket now
