Can't Log Into Game

hello everyone,
when i log into my characters selection screen i cant see the character's image, and when i click on "start" it goes to this black screen written "Entering perfect world" and that's it, dont go any further....stays on that screen...but the game is still running, just wont go out from that screen
so...ill send 2 pictures of my issue
hope you guys can help me out.

    i have the same problem i cant see my char and when i click start all i see is *Entering Perfect World* b:sadb:sad

    Was this happening before the 390 patch came out? Or after the patch came out?

    My bro got the same problem on his computer...happens since he updated pwi to version 390 oO

    Might PWI have a problem with some hardware...or drivers?

    i got mine fix all you have to do is reinstalling the game and make sure you verify before you start the gameb:victory

    Just verifyin' the game seems to work o.o so, no need to reinstall (probably)

    ok...i manage to fix it, i reinstal the game, then veryfy......
    and gess WHAT? when i log into my characters selection screen, NO CHARACTER !!!!!! i try my acc, my brothers... all characters seems to be deleted!
    i'll write another thread about it...
    MY GOD! this seems to b an endless fight...........

    First of all dont panick. Characters are kept in the servers, so it is still there.

    Now, are you sure you selected the right server?

    Make sure you're logging into the correct server. According to my records, your highest-level character is on Lost City.

    I have the same problem. Ive tried to relog, ive checked the server, veryfied my game, everything. i just dont know what to do. =/

    This is scary! I dont wanna lose my character, Do i have to delete my game that is already downloaded and then re-install ? I have the same black screen and can not enter world? Help please!

    Got the same problem here.

    Only after trying few times it worked and i was logged in

    After 5 min i got Dc'd from the server (some of my friends have the same problem)

    Very irritating (When in BH FF etc...)



    Hope this gets fixed before the next TW or its gonna be f*cked up

    desde el update cada vez que voy a usar uno de mis characters lo escojo clikeo start se y tarda mucho y cuando esta loading sale despues de 30 sec 'disconected from server' y tengo que darle restar a la computadora pero hoy nada que ver no puedo jugar plz help me b:thanks

    are you sure it wont fail does it woks?

    By verifying he means you have to check that no data was lost during the download (i think)

    i try everyting and it keep DC'd i dont know what to do plz help

    yeah. it's happening to me so i can't even start playing the game except it happens just as i log in which really sucks. hope they get it fixed soon cause i really wanna play it :S
