Custom Radio Station

So everywhere i read about this game one of the "great" features of this game was an in game radio. If this still exist, how do i use it?

    I believe the Radio function only works on the Chinese server.

    there used to be a radio function in PWI, but it was removed a couple months ago with the explanation that it had never worked right in this version to begin with.

    i can't say as i'd know, since i never play with sound enabled anyway, so never tried it.
