How are the Chinese servers reacting to the TW system?

To us regular forum tolls, the new system isn't really shocking news, since it was announced on Chinese site a few weeks back and linked to from here. Sure, I didn't expect it to come so soon but I knew it was coming.

Now, what I don't know is how long ago this was implemented on the Chinese servers, since what we saw was just an announcement about it for the Chinese servers. I don't have access to the Chinese version of the game or know their official sites, but some of us do. Does anyone know when this was implemented and what their reactions are? It's the sad truth that players over there are the ones who can actually affect the content of the game. Just like when they thought about changing the demon spark then did not do so due to players outrage there.

    They will tell us to wait 2 weeks before they make a decision than they wont do anything cos they don't care.

    but the answer is no, I have no info on what are the reactions on the Chinese about this change. But most likely nothing is going to change about this issue.

    Yeah, us who knew it was coming are much more calmed about this. Think I'd be raging too if it was just slapped in my face.

    Anyways~ I can see why people are so QQgonnaragequit, but~ it is a free to play game, what'd you expect~

    Cash > People in here.

    And everyone knows it very well. Why QQing when there's nothing you can really do, just accept it and go around it. If you lost the chances to afford a charm, well, better get to know the game, really. If you were just expecting to go on TW to be able to buy your charm, that's not how the game should be played.
    I know people who just go on for TW to get the payment and not even play.

    When other people, find ways around it to even afford the bids to try to TW, but people are so blind that they don't see this game is not all about TW.

    Most people get bored of the game because they don't do anything else but wait for next TW for their payment TO BE ABLE TO PLAY.

    If you go to a Pay to Play game, and you were not a cash shopper... well, you will need to pay a lot more simply for playing, when you don't have money for it, you will not be able to play it, end of your char.


    SO, deal with it, find the fun of the game, learn how F2P games work and go around it.

    Cause its a veno-born. Or tide-mancer. Notice the pale blue skin & fishy armor? Basically the artist didnt actually do any research before drawing it, just combined the Veno class with tideborn race randomly.

    i dont know what chinese players feel now but i have some characters on several servers (they have lots of servers, not gonna try to see all) and on all servers there is still plenty land without an owner (guild). i dont think there was any map reset (doesnt look like), probably coz on every server there are far less players that we have here.

    i dont have access to the chinese game anymore due to ip zoning restrictions but i do have access to there sites,
    Thing is if u actually go on the chinese server youll notice ALOT is implemented here to make our gaming experience "better".
    the dq price drop due to gold farmers in china = biggest load of bull**** i ever saw/
    constant anni pack **** of servers = non existent.
    the worst they ever did was sell rank tokens cheap so all the 100-120s could get gear before warsoul stuff (which was also removed from game)

    EVERYTHING pwi does is for money, you think the lvl cap of 150 hasnt been made yet? china has had it for years, only reason pwe doesnt get it is because they have to PAY for it.
    They arent interested in making the game better, just making money, surely the last actual server maint a year ago proved that

    On a side note china actually listens to there player base, ppl complain they change it plain and smple.
    shame im restricted or i would go back there coz yeh this game died with the 1st release of anni packs

    I don't know how people on the Chinese servers are reacting to this change, but I sincerely care about this game and don't want to see it fall.

    This update really makes me wonder if the Developers play their own game... I mean, ANYONE who has played since the beginning of my server knows that gold was 80-110K until anniversary packs came out, and gold became 500K.

    I'm not here to *****, but I'm here to give constructive feedback that may support the Devs and GMs, but damn, I really hope they reconsider as I do not think TW competition will INCREASE, but drastically DECREASE.

    100% correct, not only does TW decrease but your left with a server full of people who wont pk either, taking out 2 of the main reasons people play this game, sure the cash shopper will always do both from the wallet, but there are some people we know who have played since the beggining, like me and you, who used TW as a way to fund alot without needing to cash shop.
