Got lags

Hi guys, PureFuture here, have a big problem.

Im pretty new guy in this game, and have lags, specialy in towns or near other players. My game effects is 0, but its not help. Have any ideas what to do ? Thanks (sory for bad English language)

Hardware:

Athlon: 3200+
RAM: 2 GB
Video: Geforce 7600 512MB.

OS: Windows 7. (same on XP)

    Lags will always be there.
    Maybe your internet connection is the problem ? b:surrender

    10 MBps to other country, i don't think it's a problem.

    What's your ping rate?
    What's tracert path look like?
    Is this a laptop?
    Is your local network connection wired or wireless?
    What other background programs do you have running?
    How often do you defrag your hard drive?
    How many programs are eating up your resources in the background?
    Also, if that a laptop, it's likely that you don't have a full 2GB of ram available because it's shared with the video memory. 1.5GB should still be fine.
    What video settings do you have the game set at?

    Well i don't know how to look ping rate,
    Not laptop,
    Network wired,
    defrag: just did it, same.
    Programs: skype (same without it)
    Video settings: 1024:768

    Windows fresh instaled.

    And what are the responses.

    Also, what is the PING response to the server? 
    ping pwieast2.perfectworld.com

    the server listed here is Sanctuary, replace pwieast2 with what is appropriate for the server you are attempting to use.

    On your screenshot you are having 100 % packet loss. This means you can't establish connection to the Dreamweaver server. Try the rest servers and if you have any packet lost this is the answer to your question.

    Same with others 100% lost. So i will always have lags and can't do anything in this situation ?

    100 % packet loss means that you have no connection to the server. Either your i-net connection is bad or the ips given are wrong

    Shut down all the programs that require i-net connection. Such as : Skype, utorrent, bittorrent, Yahoo, MSN etc.
    Just don't shut down ur AV b:laugh And don't download while playing :)

    One thing i've noticed with lag on the game with my computer is the temperature in the room. If the room is hot as heck that adds to the heat the computer itself is making from running which can cause the computer to run slow. That can cause lag on programs. Also the game will lag if you are in a highly populated section like archo. Unfortunately lag is something that is going to be there no matter what from time to time. If its a consistent thing then Grim is right you are going to need a GM's help on it.

    GM is able to do smth with my lags ? Actualy in arco city i have huge lags, and near the city where is more players. If i press the crtl+F9 the lags is lower, but i can't see players then and i can't play like this :(

    Dear Sir/Madam, If you have lags maybe you'd like to see the actual 'server ping' not just the persuadeo ping that PW INT have put up there on their DNS.

    You might also want to check the difference between graphics card 'jitter' and server 'lag'
