Friendly Psychics out there?

Please give me some advice...

ok i'm deciding between 2 characters

My lvl 66 cleric
or
My lvl 19 Psychic(i just started)

Okay the reason i'm making a psychic is because from what i'm seeing psychics do way too much damage... well way more than a cleric at least so i'm deciding quiting on cleric? or keep playing cleric?

yea yea cleric may be able to find a squad easier for bh and stuff but still such little damage bothers me and i struggle agianst a fight with another class a lot with cleric even though i can heal myself...

what should i do?

    Thats half ish true. Clerics deal damage = to psychics in a way... psychics just have black voodoo which makes it appear that your doing more damage. you have to sacrifice ur defence for attack and not all mobs you can two shot :D Both classes are good... just becareful on what ur doing. Don't quit cleric. make it an alt :p

    Clerics are a more defensive magic class, whereas psys are more offensive (Can be played defensively, but Pve, we're offense)

    Also, cleric's Plume Shot and Razor Feathers combined with their metal attacks make it so that you never have to say "Oh god, here comes a magic resistant mob".


    And if you're struggling fighting other classes with cleric:

    Start fight > Chromatic Seal > Stack 4-5 IH on yourself > Debuff (Magic def vs Physical classes and vice versa) > Kill


    I ditched my cleric for a psy, but that's just because I got tired of being the squad nanny. >w>

    hmmmm i guess your right
    although psy have high attack power they have to make their def lower to be strong
    they have to lower their attack to deffend themselves better
    but since i'm in PvP server psy would be better for me cuz i suck at pvp
    i can make myself stronger atk on mobs but stronger def on pvp so i can run away

    psychics dont have as much defense but their buffs make up for it, they can make other people kill themselves (this part i like), and they still hit pretty damn hard...basically what i like lol
