    I should add that we farmed a bit of it and money spent was mainly when first anni packs came out. The faction pulled together a bunch of cheap chips too.. EQ <3

    Are "pixels" really that much less relevant than some carefully constructed blob of sheet metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and the like? What would you say grats to, a well designed ham sandwich?

    You missed the entire point.

    I don't say "congratulations" to people who go out and buy themselves really expensive cars. Because it's not an achievement. I don't say "congratulations" to people who go out and buy themselves a fancy new computer. Because it's not an achievement.

    Why would I say congratulations to pixels (which are of even less note then, say, a car) when they've been bought? Also, if you think I say congrats to people who carefully construct blobs of sheet metal, plastic, or rubber, you have another thing coming. It's more noteworthy then running out there and buying yourself something, of course. b:bye

    On the same note, I don't really congratulate anybody for hitting a particular level any more. Once again, because, it's not really an achievement. An achievement, in my mind, is something that you work hard for. For instance, and a random example, some achievement on some game that requires you to solo one of the hardest monsters in that game with the weakest weapon in that game and survive to tell the tale.

    Also, I doubt you will see one on a PvP server anytime soon. With some of the stats you can get with Nirvana, the only real good thing about Warsoul is the +50 attack level...*shrugs* My opinion :)

    That's probably a way off; even some of the heavy cash shoppers are a ways away from ever affording Warsoul.

    .... but given time, I can seriously imagine there being a faction for 100+ players geared with Nirvana and Warsoul only as standard. A thought that would make many other players look like this:

    Maybe its not an achievement, but some people still work damn hard to get those types of things. Some people who "worked hard" to get those really expensive cars has achieved something they wanted in life so to them its an achievement. Just because it isnt to you, doesnt mean its not an achievement.
