No sound for emotes

hi, i hope this is a right place to poste, this is problem, i dont have sound when i do emotions in action meny, i can hear others but my char does not have soud, i have sound in game and i have soundefects. On my other character everything is normal ??? So any ideas how can i resolve this problem? thanks!

    Tideborn toons have more sounds than other toons. In fact, the other three classes only make sound on very few emotes. Hi, Laugh, stretch, and one other I believe.

    Barring that, run "verify files" from the Launcher.
