question about skills

My wife was looking at her skill list and noticed the two skills that she should be able to get don't show up on her trainer list we were woundering why that is? The skills are Wings of Protection and Guardian Light if someone could explain this please do.

    Those are 79 skills.

    You will need 20 apoth pages and 10 med inks (1.1mill at forges in 1k) for each in order to learn at your skill trainer.
