are we allowed to have multiple instances of the game running per ip?

i've seen some guilds running a cat shop where the members can sell their items in.
am i allowed to use a second pc, or a virtual machine, to launch the game a second time on one ip adress, to use an account thats only used as a cat shop in archosaur?

    Only one game client per physical computer.

    So if you have an actual second computer, yes, you can run a single game client on it while on your first computer, you also run one.

    A virtual machine is still on the same pc so you can't do it.

    Me just hit me system with a concussive laser, shattered it into 5 pieces, and prevented the regeneration cycle to use which technically be 5 different PCs even though me one system could run thousands if not millions of clients of PW at the same time.
