Well I can give you a few pieces of advice and I'm sure most barbs will agree.

1) Get Alacrity to level 7-10 and then you can just cancel all his AoE's and you'll not have to deal with the debuff at all. He uses 5 physical attacks then AoE's, try using Beastial Rage to stop yourself and wait for the channeling and then pounce. Then just hit the Alacrity soon as it's cooled down.

2) If for whatever reason you do miss your Alacrity and he debuffs you. You have a few options.

A) Use Invoke the spirit
Solid Shield + HP food
C) Apothecary Item called "Soulcleanse Orb" - It removes all debuffs just like purify, Apothe items have a 1 minute cooldown though so can't be used everytime.

D) Not sure on this one but I'm sure the Apothecary item Dew of star protection or Dew of God's protection might keep you alive long enough.

Also, at 79+ clerics get Wings of Protection which absorbs alot of the damage you take, ask them to use it as much as possible.

You'll have clerics who are spot on with purify and other times they don't even know what skill your talking about, You as the tank got to be ready for the bad squad members and do the above mentioned things.

OR you can scream at the cleric in whispers/squad chat to Learn2Purify b:laugh J/K

Lastly to answer your original question, I looked through every skill and didn't spot one that actually removes all debuffs/removes physical defense debuffs but the skills Evil Ward and Faith appear to prevent them if used b4 hand.

As I've never actually used either of the above two genie skills I'd need someone else to verify if they work or not.

I been playin around with pots n stuff to see what will help with hp.

a genie skill that does help is tree of life.

i also took some tokens and got some crab meat jiaozi from the boutique dealer. that heals for 3500 hp and u get 50 of them, the cd is pretty quick.

for a backup i also made some lvl 4 pots called principle orb which heals for 1-4k hp. the principle orb has a slow cd about 60 seconds or so. the principle orb and crab meat dont cool down together so it works good if u need some hp real quick while the other is cooling down. i also made some lvl 4 concentrate orb which heals the mp by 100/sec for 10 min.

and as mentioned earlier some debuff pots are good to have.

If you are in a squad and the cleric is really good, try to add them as a friend. next time u do a bh pm them to see if they need it too. or tell them to pm u if they need a tank.

I think the debuff of Polearm doesn't decrease your p.def but rather makes you take more damage. I am not sure if I noticed a change in my pdef. I think its more like the Veno's Amplify skill. So your best bet would be Evil Ward. The skill Faith is of lvl 100 so apparently you can't use it.

Solid Shield helps alot and of course ToP at the right moment (30% of your HP) will not only save you but provide you with full HP till you get a purify; I remembered testing this skill out (plus invoke) to the max in a bh 69 without using a single alacrity - worked wonders.

My recommendation: time your alacrity or have Earthquake on your genie.
