Barbarian left squad in the bh 69 after we killed nob and pyro.
no pole we paid split 40k to him...

i would like at least 10k back.

    Fine i erased the name of barb he still stays on my blacklist.
    and i still think he stole 10k from me for not doing last boss and being reason we have to split.
    Some1 steals from you today 10k, tomorrow 20k.... 365 day* 10k= 3 650 000 coins some1 gets from you for a year of not doing last boss and leaving others in bh.

    Gotta agree with everyone else. Nobody in any BH squad is obligated to do all the bosses. If a DD pays/collects wine split then leaves after first boss, nobody complains. Same concept applies to Barb.

    People who stay for all BH bosses when they don't need to do it purely out of etiquette or to be nice. Not because they're obligated to stick with a squad for things they don't need.


    And if Pole was BH3, it's not like you're honestly missing anything. Just do it with a pole BH1/2 on another day. The wine cost is so people can be lazy and not have to clear a dungeon of mobs, not so that you can force people who don't need to do X boss to stay in squad because someone else has to do it.

    I can be bad too and agro all mobs to get BH been harder to do.
    who would be crazy to go with me on BH than.

    Yes, and i do lots of bh for my faction. so i stack bhs. And than some1 just does not finish the job.

    Since you paid to the barb, it was his squad... Dunno if he did, but I usally will advertise in world-chat exactly which bosses I'm doing and what the wine split is. So if I say "Need Barb or high BM for BH69 (Nob/Pyro), 30k wine," I don't expect anyone to stick around for Pole. If everyone's fine with it, then bonus for whoever needed it, but the obligation was for Nob/Pyro (in that example). Next boss that day would be Brigand, so why kill Pole, especially if you're the barb and perhaps don't trust the cleric or don't want to bother with the added repairs?

    Conversely, whenever you join a squad that the did not explicitly say which bosses they were doing, you should ask rather than assume. Always better to be on the same understanding of the squad's objectives by simply asking. ^_^

    ...and if they're not doing a boss you need, you can choose to leave BEFORE you pay, but if you don't pay up front, expect the squad lead to replace you... proposing to pay at the end sounds too much like a scam, like you would leave without paying.

    Aggro what mobs? Wine clears away almost all the mobs unless you're doing 89+ BHs and even then a decent bit gets removed. All running around trying to aggro the few remaining mobs would do is make it obvious to the squad that you're purposefully being a moron and they'd probably boot you which would mean your wine split just went down the drain completely.

    No. You pay the split to clear the mobs in the dungeons so that it becomes even easier than it already is and so you can be lazy and not have to clear things out. Just because you pay a wine split doesn't mean you're obligated to make the rest of the squad stick around for bosses they may not need or that the squad has to wait for you if you DC/take too long/etc. Like I said earlier, if you had paid that split to a DD and they left before last boss? Nobody would have complained and everyone would move on without the DD. What makes the Barb so special that suddenly him leaving means he "stole" your wine split? Just get a new tank, say you're at pole, or say you're doing pole only + free wine. Problem solved. Nobody is obligated to babysit a squad through things that they don't need... or have you already forgotten how back when we only had one BH a day and some people would stack to get two, people leaving squad after one boss because they didn't need the other even though the rest of the squad did was a common occurrence?

    Like I said earlier, if you stack BHs and Pole was BH3, you lose absolutely nothing. Only BH1 and BH2 matter if you're stacking, so you can either do Pole as BH1/2 another day, do it with another squad since you do lots of BHs for your faction, or join a FB to get it done.


    Now I'm not saying I don't feel like it was a jerkish move on the barb's part to exit when the rest of the squad still needed a boss (and I'm assuming others in the squad did since if it was only you then you just don't have any excuse anymore). I'm just trying to say that he dd not steal from you in any way and your belief that he did has no justifiable basis.

    He did not boot everyone, just left, i said when i joined that i got all stacked.
    10k, 100k, 1 mill not mater its stolen by him.

    Even if the barb had previously agreed to do the full run there are plenty of legitimate reasons for him to leave. Ever heard of such a thing as the real world? Granted, some people believe it an absolute priority to abandon whatever they're doing if their ingame spouses or guilds call upon them, which i would consider rude if they had previously agreed to help the squad with all bosses, but no one is under any obligation to stick around until the very end. Oftentimes people who have agreed to do all bosses will simply leave if they later discover their squad to be composed of incompetent players and they're well within their right to do so.

    OP, your rant is childish and petty and you have no right to call that a barb a thief. This thread only casts doubts upon your own character, not his...

    alot of people assume stacked means you have several bh1's a bh 2 and maybe a bh3 in your quest log. stacked normally refers to having the BH1 2 and 3 of that day. Being that you did not do pole first I am going to assume pole was a left over from a previous day since it can only be bh1. in which case you could have simply found someone who needed it or a guildie to come help if you couldnt be bothered to do it on the day it come out.

    in the case of it actually being today's and the whole squad was stacked so you could do them in any order... then yes that would be a pain. but there again.. use a world chat, hit up your guild and your friends list. try pming him Politely asking why he left, maybe be dced .. ect


    I have had times when due to party makeup would be unable to do pole even though someone in the squad needed it (my herc tanking pyro/nob but cant do pole for example) they would know in advance, we cant get someone to do it, herc cant, and thier more then welcome to the instance afterwards

    He paid for his share of the wines? Did you pay for his services? How did you get ripped off if he left you with the instance? You could have found someone else to join.

    Maybe he had something important to do. I have left and even logged of in the middle of BH 69/Frost/other instance on my barb because party sucked and annoyed me or i had something irl that popped up b:surrender If you paid the wine fee like everyone else it really shouldn't matter how long you stay.

    ROFL they didn't give him anything. Barb joins like any other member, they kill two bosses he leaves; but apparently the OP wanted another boss done b:angry Oh yeah & the ebil barb "stole" 10k cause he didn't stay for all bosses.
