i can login to my account and change pass but i cant login to server..

    If you're banned you can't login to anything with your account. That includes the website/forums so if you're able to post here then you're not banned. Also if you're banned when you try to log in to the game then it tells you your username/password is incorrect.

    So no, you're not banned.

    Thus, you are not banned. Submit a ticket and see what can be done about your server connection issues. (also make sure you don't have caps on by accident or such)

    You're most likely banned from game, but I dunno.
    I was banned for a week, and just was able to get back on this account yesterday. I couldn't sign into the forums at all. Check your email for your main account and you'll know whether or not you are banned.

    WRONG. When you are game banned you can still log on the forums and post. When you try to log in game it just says wrong username/password. They dont always send an email right away saying why you are banned. I had to send a ticket to ask why I couldnt log in then they sent the vague email saying I was banned but will never tell you exactly what you did.

    If you cash shop it will be 1 day if you dont it could take up to 3 weeks.

    I've been banned about 3-4 times, trust me when I say that if you're banned you are unable to login to the forums.
