chi how to where the lvl 9 cultivation

well i'm lvl 11 and have no chi bar look in the bi gide see that i need to do the lvl 9 cultivation qust where do i get this qust

    Depends on what race you are. Check your quest log - the spiritual cultivation quests are yellow in color.

    i'm a wizars now lvl 13 still no chi bar and no idear how to get it no yellow quest only white

    Go to the Taoist Master in Etherblade.

    Ence's Human Quests Levels 1-19 (Beginner) tells you exactly what you need to do. Scroll down to where it says Spiritual Adept.

    I don't believe you get the chi bar until just before FB19 in your culti.

    actualy the chi bar comes just when you finish lv9 cultib:cute

    Yeah just talk to the taoist in your main city whatever that may be. And when you do finish the quests, you gain chi by attacking.

    it might be a bit confusing that everyone on the forums talk about "getting your chi bar". blasted thing is always there, after all, right where your character name shows up --- it just never fills up until the cultivation quest is completed at level 9.

    You get also by casting spells or embracing as well.

    now lvl 14 still no chi bar the taoist still tells me my cultivation lvl to low
