    I really hope the person who wins is at least 70+, lol.
    But, as much as I'd like to win it should probably go to someone who's 95+ since I hear it gets pretty hard to level after that point.

    80+ not cuz of me
    saying cuz its too easy to come to 80lvl after is harder...
    + with 8x+5 could reach demon/sage or get easier FC squads and lvlup faster ;)

    So if I am lvl 102, and I won the free levels, I can only go to vl 105. Will my exp bar be full (as in 100% of 105) and I just not be able to level to 106 until cap is raised?

    Yes...105 is as high as you would go and the other 2 free levels will go to another charcter of your choice on the same account.

    b:embarrass if by your lvl you still haven't lvled up the skills or not enough spirit to do so... you're doing smth very wrong.

    That is not what I asked... I asked will my bar of exp be be full. As in having 100% of lvl 105. I dont have other toons to put lvls on.

    Was your bar full when you hit 102?

    No that would not be the case. I would have 2 lvls owed to me, so seems only right that my exp bar should be filled too. Being that I wont be able to use last 2 lvls.. sigh....

    The winner of 5 lvls for anyone at 100 or below would have got the full benefit of winning.

    Upon reaching the level cap (in this case, 105), you will be unable to gain any EXP. The bar will stay at 0.0%. (before someone asks... you will still be able to gain SP)

    On another note, while I'm not sure, but I think that the previous level giveaway said that if the sum were to exceed the level cap it'll stay at 105 anyway. Like 103 + 5 = 105.
