Cannot even Update, Continues to ask for "Select Server"

The problem is that, the patcher loads up and before it can verify the client or update. A message pops up saying "select server", behind this message i can see there is a another box, where there are selectable servers. But everytime i press Ok on the "Select Server" message, or the X, it just reloads and comes back, so i can never select a server....

please Help me
