    You can't manufacture an aerogear ^^
    You see "manufactured by...." because this guy used Wind Widgets (which you can buy from the Boutique>Fly>Upgrades) to make his aerogear go faster.
    If it says "manufactured by..." it's because you have to take your aerogear to forges in City of A Thousand Streams among with the WW you bought and use the forge to implement the new speed to your aerogear.
