G15 Nirvana. Fist or Claw

Dance of Goddess Reality Fist - Beserk, Frenzied rage (798-882)

Ghost Vanquisher Soulblast Claw - Revenge, Blood Vengeance (714-966)




Could someone please explain all 4 of these procs, I'm trying to decide which is better for when I go for it.

Also voice your thoughts on which you think is better

P.s I saw the pic of the fist and it looks damn sexy so I'm leaning towards that currently

    If you are demon, you want the claws. The procs from fists will just slow down your demon spark. If you are sage, the speed boost from the fists would be quite nice.

    The 2 on the same weapon is pretty much the same proc, just that the latter one has a higher chance, i.e. Blood Vengeance procs more than Revenge.

    Hmm.. I was told that the fists attack speed increase was 30%.

    If I get the Fists, since i heard the attack speed would slow me down (i'm demon) i'd plan on getting the crit% as 3 or 4 as major stat and have the fist as like, an upgraded tt100

    I would go with the claw with blood vengeance, considering that is basically revenge with double the proc rate. With 5 aps it will proc alot, so chances are you will end up healing yourself at least once every 2 seconds if not more for 5%, as well as permanently have the damage buff.

    Combine that with bloodpaint and well...thats just ridiculous....

    Doesn't really matter what speed buff the fists give, 25 or 30 though I've heard 20, they still will not be better than demon sparks APS rate at that point in the game. So it would simply be redundant unless someone went sage path.

    If not going for the Frenzied Rage, most likely better off going for claws and the advanced revenge proc. That adds a .5 multiple to you damage, which is a large amount when unsparked, and functions like a 5 or 6% crit that stacks with other crit in function during perma-spark, so better than going for a measly 3 or 4% crit. Toss in the healing, and it is definitely worth the switch.

    For PvE if it's only 20% sure, it will gimp your damage, if it's 25%, then it wouldn't really matter. For PvP, it might be a little different. You don't often get to spark or SK and the proc of increased attack speed and extra damage might work out really well.

    It's the same proc as lunar fists right (too lazy to check)? If so, then it's less than 25%, since I have a friend who had lunar fists.

    So Revenge adds 0.5 multiple? I've always wondered exactly how much those increase attack procs added. And how much does Berserk add again? I think it doubles your base damage or something? I think my friend said that the damage boot is significantly noticeable in PvE, and I think the amp on you from the proc is 10% more damage taken, from what I read on the forum.

    Valid point. Though I'm a sucker for healing proc. Most ppl spend more time PvE than PvP anyways.b:surrender

    Increased Attack = +.5 damage multiple

    Greatly Increased Attack = +1.0 damage multiple

    This much I am sure of.

    Guessing on this one, but in all likelihood, the double physical attack follows the same idea, and adds a +2.0 damage multiple. Because increased attack speed and damage enhancement is too much with just a minor damage debuff.

    Gotta take looks into account too, if I got the fist it would have to be without berserk/adv since that would make tanking/solo'ing TT practically impossible too. I love the procs on the claw but.....fist b:dirty getting crit% as major should be easy correct?

    Berserk is not the same as the old Berserker, if that's what you are thinking about. You won't loose 5% hp per poc, but most likely have a constant 10% amp on you, which shouldn't hurt your tanking ability too significantly.

    I know I mean the amp would hurt since I solo 3-2's and stuff. Also if the berserk speed increase is only 20% then I would need -0.05x2 on fist to maintain 5.0

    Considering I could use tt100 as endgame I don't think I'd mind have the nirvana fist without a proc and just have it with crit

    I would be surprised if they were the exact same procs considering they have different skill names. It's unlikely either the speed or damage would stack with triple spark, but if the effect is actually a frenzy buff, then that's a different story. Of course I'm pulling rabbits out of my ****, because I really have no idea.
