I got up to lvl 63, and assassin class is starting to get good, even though my problem is mp i realize monster become much more harder to kill. I manage to kill a monster the same level as mine, with three skills ( rib strike, Rising Dragon Strike, and SlipStream), with damage enhanced by spark burst+, and chill of the deep.

Any advice or I already gotten as far (as in good) as I can.

    spark more skills less

or use mp pots/focus powder to help keep mana up.

try using skills to keep your target in place or temporarily stunned then regular attack until its dead.

I gone to a little more thinking, and i'm wonder should i stick with a dex built or a vit built. I'm not sure a dex builted assassin can solo any bosses, because it can died from a few hits, but with vit you can last long enough to kill bosses. Assassin is suppose to kill monster with little time as possible, but with such low hp, you will fail killing them.
If i were to solo bosses from duegeons and others, should i stick with full dex or turn to a vit builted?

If you're that concerned over life, you shouldn't be using Chill of the Deep. Chill of the Deep pretty much forces you to spam skills, which makes your hits/sec rate into mush, which makes bloodpaint useless. That makes you into a LA tank with low life, so obviously you'll get beaten to a pulp.

If you want to tank, I'd advice using the tanking-oriented daggers (Shadow Legend, Silent Slasher, Ghost Cry Thorn, Rampager Thorn: Sunstorm, Vicious Stare, Unconsciousness), which all either come with 12+ Vitality or a proc that replenishes life.

Also, to maximize the usefulness of Bloodpaint and said procs, you'd want to get some -interval (Bracers of Blood Moon, Rank 4 armor).

As for mana, of course you're going to run into mana issues if you're spamming skills, that much is obvious. Use a charm or Focus Powder. Or get to 75 and use the extremely cheap Herb Yuanxiao (3 tokens = 50 herbs = 250,000 mana)

To maximize damage output, you'd want to mostly use Rising Dragon Strike, Tackling Slash and Inner Harmony to maintain nearly-constant Spark.
If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

Everyone wants to be different, but when you're different you wish you were normal.
