8x HH(TT) Gear

[Unsure of where to post this since it could go under Cleric section, Crafting Nook, and Dungeon section, so I put it here :P]

Okay so I am wondering if it is worth it to get a full set of HH80 gear. To me, the amount of money to buy all of the materials to make it is ridiculous, and the prices of the gear that I've seen in the AH are extremely high, and I really don't plan on being 8x for too long...

If anyone could provide some insight on how long and how many ultimate substances they think it would take to collect the below materials, and possibly offer me a little advice about how I should go about doing this, it would be greatly appreciated! I do not have HH70 gear, just some socketed and sharded gear that I've gotten out of the AH and from friends, so I would need to make my HH70 gear also to get the HH80, and therefore have included the HH70 gear mats in the below list also.

So that is an absolutely HUGE list of things I need and I can not even comprehend how much money all of that would be worth lol On average, how many runs do you think it would take to collect all of that? How many ulti subs? How many hours? How much money?

    TT80 armor just plain sucks in stats. You don't need to decompose it for tt90 armor either.

    I'd suggest using 70-80 mold armor instead until you can use a tt90 set.

    You still need a tt80 weapon to decompose for tt90 though, unless you plan on getting a gold FF weapon which lasts a pretty long while (until you need a tt90 weapon to decompose for tt99...).

    haha okay so then, if I work on getting 70-80 molded gear, I'm good till 90? Right now I'm using Sakyamuni's Light for a weapon, and was thinking about going with the Glaive of Divinity (I believe that is the right name haha) molded 79 wep, but maybe I should just hit up an HH80 wep instead? (and on that.. which HH wep should I get as a Cleric? the -chan one looks nifty, but the damage isn't great, then +crit seems good, but it doesn't have that great of bonuses or dmg, and the third I forgot what it is lol, then there is HH80 gold o.o)

    TT80 weapons are quite a lot better than glaives of divinity in general. I'd suggest taking a look at which TT90 weapon you want and choose your TT80 weapon accordingly.

    TT80 gold is very good, but keep in mind that it binds on equipping so you'll be stuck with it after 90. I'd suggest getting it if you can forever miss the money spent on it (because you can't sell it).

    If not, well then mold gear will do the job fine too. And yes they last until 90 (the 88 mold top isn't that good).

    I have tried both Endless Ambiguity (TT80 -chan sword) and the Wheel of Life (TT80 +matk wheel) over all I liked the Endless better for more consisten heals (+ my cleric wears my veno's old -chan neck/belt/sleeves so I had decent -chan over all).
    on the other hand, an advantage of the wheel is that it does not require any tt70 souledge to make + upgrading it to TT90 version was much easier than upgrading the Endless Ambi to Wraight conquerer (e.g. no belial drops needed for wheel vs. sword and wheels of seven mats cost almost nothing). The wheel has a pretty decent tt99 version as well that doesn't cost an arm ,leg and a first born to make too... (well..may be just a few fingers... xP)

    So overal for 80-90 I woudl say go for Endless ambiguity...if you don't plan to spend much time 8x and plan to just FC your way to 90 as fast as possible just go for the wheel and save up for 8 forshura arms to upgrade it asap at 90.

    As far as armor goes...I just used the 77 mold chest+sleeves, 70 mold pants until 88 (get quest pants + 88 mold chest at that point)

    personaly on my cleric im makeing the glaives i like the TT 99 that it makes and in my opinion it is the best one ;D but my cleric is only about lvl 3x so i got quite a way to go but it helps to plan ahead

    Nobody here cares about PW-MY, it's not allowed to be talked about on these forums, and welcome to PWI where it's called TT. Anybody that uses those terms on this game sounds like a tard.

    The only reason LC-tards started using MY terms is because they thought it made them look cool and experienced and knowledgeable. People that came from PW-MY obviously had experience and most likely were good at what they were doing.

    You must not have made it far past level 30 or something if you have to ask if TT80 (HurrDurr HH) gear is worth the cost.

    If you look at pwdatabase, the Мантия Духа Пустоты is clearly not worth it in stats. At 77, the Плащ царя волков-оборотней does just fine and you can even upgrade it if you want to at 88 with the Плащ небесного демона if you'd like. Once you hit 90, you can obviously wear the normal Накидка Танца Пустоты which you can farm from Cx.

    The helmet mold is either an FB79 trophy mode reward or a 1 in 62,500 (not a typo) drop from various monsters. In other words, it's super rare and really not worth it. Use the HH80 helmet or a nice 3 star you find in the auction house instead.

    The boots are nice but as someone else pointed out, they require a lot of dragon orders and again aren't really worth it. HH70, HH80, and/or 3 star are reasonable alternatives.

    The cape really isn't all that fantastic for arcane characters, even though a lot of people (including me) have used it. It's better for a heavy armor character. It's mainly used by arcane because we're too lazy to look for a better 3 star in the auction house. I would definitely prioritize the other items higher and keep an eye out for a 3 star cape while you're getting them.

    No. You level so quick now, all you need are 7x molders and 8x 3* items until you hit 90.

    He will not level fast through the 80s without FF and hypers.
    Level 80-90 is a pain if you do it the traditional way and not hyper your way to 90 and be a noob. I suggest you get the TT80 gold if you can, stay in the 80s (89) and farm all the best gears/items for your end game gears, then level up to 9x-1xx. Dump exp and extra spirit into genies and sell the genies to get money. If you keep this up lets say for about 6 months (with the daily BH, quests (if any), farming, and grind, you will make a lot of money and along might make a few lucky genies. So by the time you wanna hit 9x, you'll have the money and the skills necessary for your level. You'll pwn in both pve and pvp unlike most other fail ones.

    Knowing your role/character/skills in both pve and pvp will make your gaming experience more fun and worthwhile. Also since you're a cleric, staying in the lvl 80s will not hurt so much as you could go to higher dungeons to help with heal (provided you learn how to play your role). Along the way, you'll make tons of friends of all levels (more connections = more experience = more fun). So take my advice and not hyper to 90 and be like 80% of other 9x noobs in pwi.

    I think that build is pretty nice. It's just missing some refines and needs more sockets, which are cheap btw. Level 10 equips need only 30 socket stones and that's just a bit over 300k per socket. This is something I'd suggest: http://pwcalc.ru/pwi/?char=945bdff45ea03cfb That's self buffed.

    b:cry please do not use that cape it has no real benifits for a mag user and its way over priced you can get a better cape in AH for cheaper all you have to do is spend some time looking who knows you may even find one thats already refined and sharded for a good price

    My build was more of a joke build. For example, no p. def shards on armor.

    Comments in red, also depends on how much coin/time you are willing to put in. You can breeze thru 80 easily with hyper fc and bh, so farming for tt80s or level 80 gears might not be worth it.

    About cape of tauren not good for mages comment, a refined/sharded cape might be easier to find than a decent cape, so it depends on your luck and how much time you are willing to send to look for that nice 3 star cape. Also, the high resale value is also another plus point.
