No Supply Stash

I have a Barbarian friend who I am ready to grind into a pulp over this. He, now Lv 53, keeps insisting that when he started the game, he was never given the opportunity to get a Supply Stash. He says that he never saw any pop-ups or messages mentioning it, and that he, out of all the other players on Dreamweaver got a glitch that made the game not tell him about the Supply Stash.

I think that, based on the way he plays most other games, he was so eager to start killing things that he disregarded or failed to notice the messages that he had been given. I keep telling him that everyone gets the same opportunities in this game, and that every last player has the chance to get a Supply Stash at the beginning.

But he keeps insisting that he was never shown the opportunity to get the Supply Stash. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Or should I proceed to grind Oddemar into a pulp? >.<

    When did he begin to play the game though? Stashes did not appear on the very first day of PWI.

    If he disregarded the message, too bad for him. Even if so, he should have seen the starting npc with a quest to claim, right?

    And you want to beat him up for it... Why so much violence? b:chuckle

    just drag him to the untamed starter npc, north of city of lost and get him his chest. he will be able to open everything before level 50 at once, then will need a perfect hammer for the 50 box after that only the level 80 box needs a hammer again

    the chests didn't appear until i was in my 40s or 50s (on my old main).. back in the days before BHs and free exp.

    He might have gotten it. Mine disappeared once and I relogged in and whatnot, but it didnt come back. Maybe he doesnt have 8 free bag slots?? b:chuckle

    The game doesn't give any pop up telling you about the stash. You need to take the quest from starter npc to get it

    question! i made a wiz today ones i got to lvl 10 and opened the supply stash it disappeared and never came back and when i press Q i can see it on the quest log as a quest but cant get anything off it... what shuld i do?b:cry

    Make sure you have space in your inventory and try re-logging.

    i guess that was my mistake.. no startin npc had a quest or somethin
