Question regarding: Special Quest: Token of the Seven

can i do them whenever i want? So, lets say i want to start with the level 30 quest when i'm 40, is that possible or do they poof after a time?

    the last few parts of this quest chain don't open up until level 60-something, and AFAIK you can do the whole chain at that time if you wish. they might be limited to something or other, but (to my knowledge) not to anything less than 60.
