Dragons are legendary creatures, typically for heroes and warrior stories. Dragons live in the myths of many cultures.

The two most familiar interpretations of dragons are European dragons, derived from various European folk traditions and ultimately related to Greek and Middle Eastern mythologies, and the Chinese dragon. The English word "dragon" derives from Greek (drakon), "dragon, serpent of huge size, water-snake". Word dragon derives from Greek, via Latin draco.
Chinese dragons are legendary creatures in Chinese mythology and folklore. Historically, the dragon was the symbol of the Emperor of China. Many Chinese people often use the term "Descendants of the Dragon" as a sign of ethnic identity.

Order of the Dragon

The Order of the Dragon was a monarchical chivalric order for selected nobility, created in Europe in the late Middle Ages. Founded in 1408 by Sigismund, Holy Roman Emperor (r. 1433-1437), the Order primarily flourished in Central and South Europe.

The Order of the Dragon adopted as its symbol in 1408 the image of a circular dragon with its tail coiled around its neck. On its back, from the base of its neck to its tail, was the red cross of St George on the background of a silver field.

Other emblems of the Order included a necklace and a seal, each with a variant form of the dragon motif.

In MMO's Dragon factions are as old as MMO gaming, EQ1 was the origin of players I 1st met 5 years ago. Got lead of Draconsists 4 years ago, 2 years in PWI did not change my heart of dragon. Dragon warriors have spread the fame online and still are in various games.

In PWI old Dragons faction is the oldest on the server and a TW faction, its why I joined very early to have 1st PvE TW's and 1st PvP TW's. Today Old Dragons are a home for players that quit the game and vent for their final rest. We want to continue the life of a band of brothers and sisters once paused.

Faction is open PvE PvP TW faction, alts are welcome for a good start, all friends and foes. Most important is respect to others in PWI as you would deem others to respect you and your friends. 10%~ of faction members will be lower levels to grow up strong and continue the guild life if some higher players quit. 10%~ is planned for PvE players alone, as some can not TW out of practical reasons but can help a great deal in any faction, spirit, effort, and fun wise. 80% is reserved for TW players, even alts of theirs that can TW strong.

Guild will issue items bank has to players that need, such as molds, shards, tt mats and nirvana crystals, oht gear and weps, all depending on stocks.

Leadership is not be a feud, nor is it something of an ownership of the current leaders to be passed to friends that they please. Lead is rotating with the members having the whole and final say on it. We had a test on this already. It is a matter of trust among us.

Guild is designed as a Knight Order, everyone is equal, players with positions are promoters, not officers.
Promoters from different timezones of Europe, Americas, Australia, Asia and Africa. We dont want to end up with 2 hours difference with all the players that have position to invite into faction or help out others.

We are open for merger talks into the Order with other factions as well.

There is no closed sections nor locked rooms on forums and voice servers.
Forums are also public, just have to make more open sections for guests yet. Everyone is welcome as well.

I am sorry for spamming HT server section of the forum over the guild banter. Its just that so many more players and friends visit this section of the forum compared to the other Guild official one.

    The Order of the Dragon is an old MMO guild, it already worked ~10 years ago, and it already had domination on the servers in other MMO's.
