how do i fix this?

i dont know if it is just my computer or if i need to change settings or what, but whenever i see a human or winged elf they have the same black haircut and look the same, and when i see a tideborn they are always bald! so to see what the person really looks like i have to click on them to see their profile picture or whatever it's called. could you tell me if there is a way to see what the people really look like when i see them and not have every tideborn look bald.

i didnt want to start a new thread for this so ill just ask here, i really like the archer so i want to make my archer my main char. but for my secondary character im trying to decide between my blademaster and my assassin. the reason is people say the bm is really good at PvE cuz he can AoE grind. but atm i seem to have more fun on my sin. do you guys think i should make my archer my main, and make my bm secondary, then when im a high level on both of those play on my sin? or make my archer my main, my sin my secondary, amd work on the bm when im high level. work on all three? please help me figure out what to do and please dont give me the every class is equal speech. im open to new suggestions also.

    thank you so much! all i needed to do is check the customizations box. and i know this isnt the right place for this question but could any of you anwser the second paragraph?

    Ultimately, that decision is up to you; no one else can make it for you. Choose whichever character is more fun for you to play.

    i have a problem, i did perfect world entertainment\perfect world international\ then it said folder is empty! do you know how to fix this?

    I'm not sure what you mean, if "perfect world entertainment\perfect world international\" was empty you wouldn't be able to play since that's where all the files are. You don't see the Screenshots folder? I gave you the full path.

    wait i did it differently i just went to all programs and found perfect world entertainment, i clicked on it then clicked on perfect world international, then there was the actual game and the uninstall program. but no element folder

    That's odd, I thought we all had the same folders/files. I just went here http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download and clicked on Direct dowload. In my version the Element folder contains 4GB of files but even if the name is different for you it should contain Screenshots.

    thats where i downloaded it too. how do you get to the folders? i just go to all programs...

    I found it!!!!!!! all i had to do was go to computer\hard drive\perfect world entertainment\perfect world international\element\screenshots the problem was i didnt know you got to it through the first two steps. i was getting there by goin to all programs. thx guys!
