Need help with game/server connect

I tried to log into the game and it said "40 second time-out" And it gets to exactly 21 seconds then it stops and says "Unable to connect to server" I tried asking one of my friends and they don't know. Can anyone relate/help me?

The same thing is happening to me. I guess this is what I get for not logging on for 3 weeks.

some times it takes 1hour or 2 depends on what they are putting in the game0

I live in Ohio. And I heard the game was made in china? Well im pretty sure the time zones are different. Will I be able to play tonight ?? Or will I have to wait intil tomorrow around 12 pm?0
