    Being croatian myself, all I have to say is.. /facepalm

    For starters, I won't even being to pretend I understand how the above quoted part relates to the original post.

    But in any case, the odds of you finding what you're looking for on these forums is slim to none. Buy a tele ingame and world chat if you're so desperate to play with fellow countrymen.
