stunning Genie skills

I'm think about Genie stunning skills especially for PK eventually PvE. I check in

3 skills
- Piercing Flames - do dmg and has a 55 - 100% chance to immobilize the target for 3
seconds. The chance to immobilize is determined by character's Accuracy. (what is in real
with this chance?)
- 0ccult Ice - Has a 30% chance to freeze the target for 3.3 - 6 seconds
These 2 are quite popular,but this 3rd I'm think not so.
- Stunning Blast - Immobilizes a nearby target for 3.4 - 7 seconds.
Has a chance to make you immune to immobilization for 5 seconds (what is in real with this
chance?)

What You think about these 3,use You one of these when yes which and why?

    Piercing flames is a freeze, not a stun.

    Stunning Blast is also a freeze, yea I know, the name is misleading.

    Occult Ice is the only actual "stun" you listed, although it needs a decent amount of strength to be useful.

    I used to abuse occult ice on my archer, its a good stun skill. Its perfect for killing trash talking mortal enemies.
    I don't care how old or young you are, how small your **** is, how much of a nerd irl you are or how depressed you are that you never will get laid. There is no reason to act like an A-hole to everyone on an mmorpg. Its a shame that I have to take time out of my day to tell people "stop being an A-hole". So I end with this, if your acting like an A-hole, and some one tells you your being an A-hole chances are your being an A-hole.

    I understand that in freeze opponent can hit me from distance and that is different between stun...?
    Stunning blast has always 100% to success?
    Piercing Flames in lvl 1st do 110 dmg and in lvl 10?ecatomb don't cleare that.

    Descriptions in the game are not all that accurate. A lot of the content is poorly translated from chinese.

    Yeah and Aim Low's description says it stuns. You're an archer, you should know by now not to trust skill descriptions.

    So wait, Occult Ice actually stuns? o.O I'll have to look into that now... I'm building up a secondary genie for PVP... no reason it can't be a Str genie <_>

    Is there a thread or guide where all the genie skills are described accurately? All I know is that Ecatomb has (and admits to having) incorrect and incomplete data.

    Another one is: Electro Dance, 20% 12m-aoe stun for 5s, can only use when flying.
