Endgame character?

What exactly is an 'endgame' character? Everyone mentions it in their guides, especially these, so I wanted to know what they were exactly. Anybody able to give me an answer?~ xD

    endgame = max or close to max lvl

    wrong, the "endgame wizard" everyone mention is a lv100+ wizard with nearly full nirvana gear with good refinement levels (at least +10 on weapon) and good shards in it.

    but... dang!! is it even possible to get full nirv. set with good shards and refine weap. to +10 without cashshopping?

    as these "chances" are defined by cashshopping now, all players should be able to cashshop b:angry

    you dont need full nirvana set for an end game wizzie, your refines needs to be at least +6(doesnt matter which gear, the higher the better) and your weapon should be like +10(even a +10 tt99 gold works)

    and maybe a full garnet/citrine gem shards

    I also had no success in gathering nirvana mats, when I was level 75.

    Nevertheless, I have 45 uncannies now, and the process of gathering mats seems to be accellerating for me.

    you cant cash shop uncannies. And i know people who havent spent much (maybe 50$ a month) and got g13 nirvana weapons.
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    Full nirvana set is kinda far from 45 uncannies don't you think?
