Which class to start

So my friend approached me today asking which online game i was playing. After telling her briefly about PW, she decided she needed to something to be addicted to , and chose our gameXD yay.

My wonder was....what class to start her with.

Shes into games, but shes never been particularly GOOD at them, i mean XD i had to finish final fantasy 9 and 10 for her lol. She doesn't have a preference between melee or magic so all classes are game but my thoughts have all been negitiveXD

Cleric: Kinda hard to learn for a new game player, lots going on, heal agro is a *****, bleeds money

Veno: While its a great class and not too hard to get the hang of, your controlling two things at once, and also have to deal with heal aggro.

Sin: Really squishy, easy to pull aggro and die

Psy: See above

Blademaster: Not a clue about the class and its workings

Barb: wont want to be a dude

Any suggestions on which class she could be and be happy with as a total beginner?

    I suggest veno. Juggling between two characters isn't quite as hard as it sounds, and it's pretty hard to die.

    Each class has its own pros and cons.
    I suggest you telling her to try a Venomancer first.
    Well, it shouldn't be hard bcuz you have a pet to tank you from getting hit.
    Besides leveling at a faster pace, Venomancer also makes money quickly.

    Despite my two cents, I started off the bat as a Wizard XD
    I've spent quite some time to adjust to the class.
    I dare to say it's a hard class to play bcuz Wizards are very squishy.
    If you don't know what you're doing, you might get killed every now and then lol

    I also suggest veno. If I can play it and have fun, everyone can (I am an idiot at games).

    actually cleric would be good for her.

    it only gets tough for cleric later on in game

    and by then she should have a good feel of the controls and knowledge

    of her skills.

    Started as cleric, was hard at first, but once you get more levels it gets easier.

    It is a fun class since it can do pretty much Suport, DD, Slacking, roles.

    I mention slacking for those who get MP charms and just put up Regeneration Aura (BB) hahaha its best for going afk (unless people don't know you're afk and do aggro fest)



    Veno would also be a good option, HOWEVER, you do need to mention about the legendary pets, without a Herc a veno cannot get as much profit as herc venos do (mentioning this for TT)


    BM, as I've seen, its a fun class, yet they're limited to DD, repairs can be somewhat bad since they only atk at close range.

    Barb, don't even, bleeds money like nothing.

    Psy, fun class, yet as people said, pulls aggro easily, however it is good for PVE.

    Assassin, too hard to control it when you first touch the game.

    Archer, somewhat cheap, repairs are low due to killing all with mass crits, also arrows are not much expensive.

    Wiz, hard at the begining, gets easier over time, its the endgame DD (or supposed to be). They can give a little support with their only heal and they are great DDs. Not so easy to control when you first touch the game.

    Alt+1

    Pet heal (level this skill over all other skills)

    And that is it. She can use magic, smack mobs, fox form face roll or just sit there and heal

    In squads... purge and amplify damage is your friend

    Lol its that easy to be a veno. Oh, pet heal is at level 3... But seriously, whoever says venoes are not ridiculously easy to play must be doing something wrong.

    Pet heal being the first skill to max and letting pet attack before executing is fail? b:chuckle

    Thanks for all the advice. I think ill suggest a veno to her. She wants to play this to de stress, and being yelled wont help that, and as shes a game virgin...clericing will get her yelled at quiet a lot.

    ^.^ Veno seems like its the right fit for her to learn whats what in the game. She can always hop on my cleric/psy if she wants to too haha
