SOOO, I managed to get to level 54 on my wizzy. Killing mobs was hell for me. I was just wondering if I am going to be able to 3-hit kill mobs anytime soon?(What level?) I dont mind spending months.

Does anyone know how much it costs to max EVERY wizard skills from 1-59? Not counting the price of skills books.

What skills should I continue to level?
What skills should I stop leveling?
What skills should I start leveling and at what level?

    Uh, that's why I said not counting skills books since I cant use them yet.

    That's weird. I find no trouble at all when taking mobs down.
    Ranged phys mobs are kinda harder to take down though.

    Do you kite properly?
    And also, Force of Will and Distance Shrink aren't there for show >_<"

    About the cost, well, I'm not that sure.
    Never count it before bcuz the more I count it, the more desperate I become.
    Just make sure to level up important skills only :)

    Don't expect to 3 shot any mobs your level any time soon or even at all without a godly weapon. If you can kill mobs without needing to kite, then you're getting somewhere.

    3shotting mobs of your lvl involves either a good weapon and/or critical hits

    its both a question of gear, your crit-rate doesnt increase naturally like dex-classes



    once ur able to 3shot everything ur mob-quests move to heaven/hell maps
    where mobs have twice the hp of mobs the same lvl outside, but same exp/drops b:chuckle


    but i personally like to fight several mobs at once and play with all the max lvl mob-control and kiting skills


    get a higher lvl of distance shrink -> more distance
    get a higher lvl of will of the phoenix -> more distance and damage is nice
    force of will is a cost factor... lvl1 seems to be ok to steal time for the 2 above skills to reset cooldown

    uhm skills... at 59
    imo:
    dont bother with BIDS
    really not that useful in low lvls, i dont see the point... you wont have spirit for it

    stick to Blade and Sutra (1shot Kunkun with BT -> gain chi -> and Sutra Town portal :D)

    idk if u have a use for MS Stun yet.. channeling time pretty much breakes the fun

    always, but always killed my quest mobs in 3 shots.
    If not, you're doing something wrong.
    Change rings, belts, weapon, etc. Get rings with +mag attk adds, 2 of them at least, belts and neck with +magic or -channel or both. Hard to find sometimes, but worth it if u level the old fashion way.
    Can't give you an exact recipe, but I always 2 shot water mobs my level and 3 shot the rest. I was even grinding in the low 7x at some water lvl 78 mobs and 3 shot them, 2 shot after using 78 rings.

    is the difference between Pure build and the rest ;)
    makes mana-cost of any other build increase by 1 skill per mob

    i remember lvl 50-55 had a few quests with stronger mobs, even higher lvl melee/archer ones
    pretty sure they were not 3shot with general summer magsword +0
    lvl60+ is fun, slaughtering all the metal-element magic mobs with maxed fire skills xd

    43 - Wheel of Fate + 3
    60 - ancient arbor +4
    70 - Acalanata (or how is called) wand +4
    80 - Yaksa +6
    90 - something something until lvl 95 +10 Lunar (lol).

    that combined with a pure build with carefully chosen ornaments is a 3 shot guarantee for any quest mob in same lvl range.
    True, there are some quests for elite mobs, but those are exceptions and not worth mentioning.

    Kinda high refines for such low levels. Those are considered a "waste" on my server. I had a +5 ancient arbor (cheap from AH) and everyone was like "omfg such a waste who would +5 an ancient arbor?"

    And I had no problem killing mobs, except for ranged archer ones which hit me. (magic ones usually died before finished channeling). I don't care about the number of hits as much as how fast I kill. It's why I prefer faster spells since they have way more DPS.
