How to get onto the Heaven's Tear?

Hey guys, I'm doing the Hidden Orchid quest which requires me to talk to the Celestial Ancient on the Heaven's Tear, and I'm not sure how to get on it because I have no way of flying.

    You need to get a flying mount to be able to finish that quest.
    There is no other way unfortunately

    A free flying mount can be obtained at lvl 30 from the Elder of Arch. Otherwise, you will have to buy a lvl 20 prereq one from the boutique. Or just wait.
