Crash?

Sorry if this has been asked before but my issue is sort of specific. I have been getting crashes every since the rising tide expansion. It made me leave PWI cause I spent a portion of my time merching.
I cannot tell if the game is actually crashing or what is going wrong. It only happens if I minimize PWI and it doesn't happen every time. Sometimes it shows as still running I click it and it opens for abotu a second than instantly re-minimizes. If I try to close the program it removes it from the task bar for a couple seconds and than re-adds it, still unable to actually open it. Even if I go in to end task manager It wont close so the only solution is to go into the processes tab of the task manager and end the process.
I never had problems with this before.
Also it tends to crash anytime I leave PWI on with my computer locked while i'm merching. I come back and sometimes am able to re-maximize PWI but it says I was disconnected. I don't think it's necessarily and issue with my omputer because before rising tide I was able to leave my computer locked all night merching without a problem.
Was there some change with Rising Tide to prevent afk merching.
Also why has it just been plain crashing since then when I minimize (Alt+Tab).

It'll be helpful to us if you tell us some of your computer's information.
1) What is the make and model number of your computer?
2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.
3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.
4) Copy and paste the top half of your dxdiag into your forum post (that means 50% of the text). If you have Vista, please take out the (TM) (the trademark symbol) out of the text file, as the forums will cut it off and won't display the rest of the text.
If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file. This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.
We'll take a look at it, and offer our advice (or our super cool and helpful community might beat us to answering things for you).Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Make sure Windows Updates is turned on and install all critical and important updates listed.
Update your motherboard, network, sound and video drivers. You may be able to find them on HP's support website for your model of computer.
Try turning down the graphic settings to their lowest on the game launcher screen, and then in-game too. Run the game in windowed mode.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
