Nah, TW ends at 11pm if there are any wars. But the hour gives anyone in TW an hour to go for a bathroom break or stuff like that.
I think we started our parade last time at like 2 or 3am0 -
Yeah we did start late. I remember not getting to bed till about 5:30 lol. Thank god for follow option.b:chuckle0
