celestial shards/insignias

hey all! fairly new to the game. trying to craft a pet and i need the 2 items posted above. they both look like fish following each other. one is blue and the other is red. where do i find/buy these? thx!!

    but where do i get celestail shards or any kind of shardsb:embarrass

    celestial shards come from the celestial tiger event, which runs every monday at i-forget-what time. look it up in the events calendar in-game, since that's back in operation now.

    other kinds of shards, there are too many of to list them all. what kind are you interested in?
