Account Banned!?

Hello...

I was just in a BH and I was in the dungeon (BH 39 Hercule Trioc) I was booted from the team.. then the game froze (Nothing happened, but only I could move) Then I logged out, and logged back in. As it was loading, it said Account Banned. Why? I dont know why. The writing was in Japanese, and I do not understand Japanese. But I never did anything wrong. I swear! I may know why though.. I previously submited a ticket for a forgotten bank password and gear protection code. Are they maybe fixing it? Because they needed me offline so they could work on it? Does that make sense? Why would it be "Banned" instead of "Fixing your error" or something like that though? I was banned for 85 minutes.. Thanks for reading and posting..

    No worries, I am pretty good at chinese, it says: "this thread will be closed, pls send an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com from your PWE registered account email." something like that :p

    Please submit a ticket asking what happened. You possibly might have received an email stating the facts. You will not get any answer here. You will be told time and time again to submit a ticket and wait for a response.

    It said you were banned in Japanese/chinese which you don't understand? How do you know that you were banned then, and that it's not an untranslated error message?

    Email is the official communicating channel for PWI. Just submit a ticket and wait for your response.

    You can always send a private message to a GM. Sending them a box of chocolates with PM may have affect on speed of Ticket sent in.

    unless......oh noes the OP did something he/she knew was bannable and connected teh dots to realize that he/she be banned!

    or mayhaps he/she just checked out if he/she could log into another account on the same computer and realized the issue be with that one specific account only....

    If that ever appeared to me in-game, I would have never thought it meant banned. XDD
