Lately there has been much controversy about how Templar's is ran, and rumors that the leader steals money. So here are our rules and how I spend the TW pay.

The Money that goes to the guild bank is spent on faction members for legendary armor lunar armor and gems to go in them. Weeks that we TW we put aside money for scroll's Tower's and charms if needed.

Here our the faction rules. You decide for yourself are they really that big of a deal for people that are goal orientated?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TEMPLAR



We are a Territory War (T.W.) Faction. As you read on our main page our goal is to gain and control land on the PWI Map.

Every successful T.W. faction must have some sort of organization. As to our factions code of conduct. Our code of conduct is decided by the Marshal's, Director and the Leader.

A level 3 faction can have 200 members I have broken them down in to 4 Battalions and 32 platoons (squads).



List of Officer and their duties



Leader

Duties:

Create and enforce faction rules. Maintain faction structure and order. Create and maintain diplomatic relations with other factions leaders . Oversee all public relations. Manage TW pay outs. Verify that the Director and all of his officers carry out their duties in a professional and timely manor. Provide a swift resolution to any faction issues the Director is unable to resolve. Send out World recruitment every 30 minutes providing faction has teleacoustic

    Grats for having several lvl 105 toons in Templars! Can you give me any leveling tips as you obviously know something I don`t? =/

    This thread is just asking for trouble, Merlin. I wish you the best.

    (also, I noticed that this spreadsheet must be very old. I see a few members that have been in Narla for quite some time. Nevertheless, its an interesting system, tbh a little complicated)

    yes the spreadsheet is an old one just using it as an example. the LVL 105's are the lvl cap and meant to show the difference of the levels on the pay out scale. Not meaning to misrepresent ourselves with it.

    I'm not going to say whether any of the rumors would be true, because I can't say one way or another for sure. However, Templar has been around since the beginning of the server and is still here, so Merlin must be doing something right.

    Props to you Merlin. Also, very intriguing spreadsheet. I'd actually be interested to have a better look at it. Would you happen to be willing to give more details on it?

    funny that 3 ppl in guild gets 800k+ rest is like 100-200 WOW i see even some 300k in payment i mean gratz on **** ppl

    Pay based on rank and status within a group? That must be unheard of, huh? I don't suppose the military or any standard business would happen to do something like this.

    What's that Perrena? They do? Well I'll be a monkey's.... I suppose you expect everyone to get a fair share regardless right? Honestly, I'd probably do something similar to what Merlin is doing. It is encouragement for people to try to increase their status among the faction as well as rewarding those who take on more responsibilities for that. After all, do you expect to be paid as much as a cashier in a store if you are the manager? I'd certainly hope you don't expect everyone to be paid the same, otherwise there would be no reason to take on that extra responsibility.

    Protip: go out, get a job, get into a management position and see if you would want to do that job at minimum wage.

    But yeah, the hate on Templars is way over exaggerated. i had a good time in the faction.

    imo

    what you do in your faction and how you run it as a leader is your own business the fact that you have to explain it to ppl outside your faction makes me lol and think this is just for attention :/ If ppl dont like how the faction is being run they will leave if ppl dont care they will stay. If you want to keep your member make rule that are supported and agreed to by the members of your faction. ijs
