How do i learn new skills?????

I'm a level 9 archer right now and I can't figure out how to learn new skills??? HELP???

    Do your Spiritual Cultivation quest. If you actually read the pop up you get when you hit lvl 9 instead of instantly closing it, you'd see it tells you that completing this quest will allow you to learn new skills.

    I think the OP means he/she doesnt know WHERE to get the skills
    The skilltrainers are in the city of plume standing at the 'swimmingpool'
    where also the priest is standing and the elder. I think they are called
    Cleric / Archer trainer but not sure, I dont pay much attention to names b:chuckle

    When they post at lvl 9 it's usually because of spiritual cultivation hehe.
    But Archer Trainer in City of Plume is near the elder.

    Firstly, since you are level 9, do the Spiritual Cultivation, Visit the Taoist dude (I forgot the Plume guy, Ming?) he should be in your quest box.

    Then, visit the Winged Elf Recluse and finish off the 9 E..... Traitors.

    Finish the cultivation, and wala! b:laugh

    Okay, if your question is HOW to learn skills,
    See the big pond where the elder is?

    On either side of the pond, is a trainer, the Archer trainer has a name, something like ____ the Archer, while the Cleric Trainer is just called Cleric Trainer.

    They stand on opposite sides of each other.

    Talk to them, and click Archer Skill, now you will require both SPIRIT and COINS to purchase new skills...

    I was trying to find out HOW to learn new skills. I did do the spirit cultivation quest already though. Thanks guys
