Ehh this just a random Thread....Kinda wanted to find out what kinda barb everyone is and how well it works for em.



I suppose i will start it off:

I am a Hybrid Barb. Since i am asked to do various things i feel that having not only the ability to tank but being capable of of DD is quite an asset. This Barb is My second make at creating a barb. Sulferous was my first one and he was pure tank..... Not much else i can say lol. Also pleas post on the pole what you feel is better Tank Hybrid or Pure Assault class barb.

    I'm primarily a tank barb. I don't worry about having overpowered refines on my weapons. I just like to get beat in the head repeatedly, and chomp a few bites here and there. I think my largest damage done was 33K, and that was when I was an 8X.

    Anyways I don't think there is a "best build" for barbs. Each of us needs to build according to our playstyle. (Just please, no points in mag!)

    I'm a decent tank barb, and a hard hitter. Im doing to be dex-based soon so I don't miss and most likely will go claw barb at some point.

    Tank without a doubt. Just broke 10k hp by hitting level 77 and equipping my misty rings.
    I am a barb that does not powerlevel, nor cash shop. I may not be the highest level, nor have the best gear. However unlike others, I know how to play.b:pleased

    I agree with XylolyX I'm a pure tank build and I'm not having fun if i'm not in sticky situations with alot of mobs around beating on me. I just Hit 13.4k Hp fully buffed in tiger and I also have deacent dmg.

    hough my tank is basicly a tank build it dishes out a tremdous amount of dmg and takes a good beatin...im a tank with a hybrid engine
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    thats why i plan on going demon i may do the fist/claw deal on my barb later on...but things could change if i get lazy

    but on a more serious note on the intention of the post, I choose a tank build as I think any other builds are pointless. if i wanted to DD I'd go with a DD class. besides i like the tons of HP. :D

    im a pure vit barb i just get rq for armor and thats it. in a way u could call me a lil hybred. the only thing i do dif them most people might is i dont count my tome and wep/armor +to str vit and dex as adding to the skills so pretty much if i took all armor off i would still have the req for the armor.

    this works good for me beleave it or not i do amazing dmg when not in tiger. my max hit probly wont beleave me but i did a 33k on drake i was sparked double hit crit after using the one skill that lowers def its lvl 10 (penetrate armor) then i used lvl6 beastal onslught. i have +5 axes and some pretty good rings.

    i think if u have good gear a vit build is great became fun after i pasted lvl 70. idk wat it would be like in the 80-90s but im guessing it will still be lots of fun. i think its fun bc i have most of pk skills and tank skills for the lvl i am. its not a good thing to do but it sure is fun **** things ur lvl

    Im a pure tank build and love it. I have 15.2k hp in tiger (with sage trueform) and 11.7k standing. I love being tank build and going pk its hilarous when people try to go through all the hp. I do decent damage my phys attack is 5.8 to 6.9k i belive and with sage axe and hammery it should shoot up. Ive 1vs1 many dex barbs and unless they have a good amount of interval they dont stand a chance. The lack of Hp stacked with bloodbath is easy to go through. I haven't come across alot of str barbs but when i do ill come back and add a section to this

    Vit build, with 62 dex for the crit (and a bow). As tank as I can get while still being Demon.

    I'm wonder what lvl are you and how much HP with buff and tiger form you have?

    I'm rather tiger build too, my human skills(except buffs) have just 1 lvl, but tigers are most 7-10 lvl. My base vit is 131 <_< have to add more >_< geez

    Oh, I'm a TANKER ( lvl 78).

    I love the fact i can solo a mob 30-40 levels higher then me, i know i use hiero, but the fact i don't get splattered into mush is mindblowing, its awsome.

    lol i am so glad i found this post...I've been having alot of **** trouble lately because of being a pure vit sage barb. i have exactly 18.2k in tiger form. It's fun being a tank barb because really...who else can solo bosses without clerics?


    record:

    First frost boss, no cleric
    1-2,1-3 pit boss..no cleric
    3-1 first boss...no cleric


    If you want to DD, reroll bm...if you want to tank like you should? be a barb!!
