Using the cube to go from BH to Arch as a free teleport a friend was RPK'd...
Is RPK in The Cube Of Fate ...bannable offense or not?

    Pk in room1 "Corner" is bannable yes,
    However that you'll probably need a screenshot for and submit in aticket.

    PK'ing in room 1 is bannable; anywhere else in the Cube is fine.

    Key word "Potential". There was once a known player on Sanctuary who was supposed to be perma-banned for pking in that corner...for hours. However, said perma-ban was mysteriously lifted and now there are rumors that said player is now on the Archosaur server.

    If someone's character is banned, that doesn't mean they can't reroll on a different account, it just means that particular account is banned.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    Why don't they fix the localization in that corner of room 1 so that it is included in the Safe Zone?

    i wish this was actually enforced equally to all pk rs at cube entrance. same person has been at it for almost 2 weeks now on and off. b:surrender

    It's their extra way of getting people to use up their charms. Chances are these people work for pwe, that's why they don't get perma-banned.

    i guess you are not joking around about it either. guys was pk ing at cube entrance for about 10 mins then GM showed up. at midnight on a Friday night no less. great job GM's! b:victory

    fixing glitches has nothing to do with GM's other than to pass on the message. the Developers are the ones that fix stuff.

    I am not in position to judge what they should do and what they shouldn't do but it would be too much to expect everything from a gm lol.

    I think they do handle all the tickets they get in the support page though. -.-

    doubtful. Around the time of the cube event i was planning to do a walk thru tele of the cube. As a teleported in some fool may have hit me as i appeared. I saw swords so with no hesitation i killed him. What i didnt see was the gm standing right next to me till after he got teleported to the middle of the room.

    But those that go on killing sprees in room1, well they don't tolerate that too much I can tell you.

    Your right i should make a mage and set up a SAGE DB on the spawn point to see how long it takes to ban it. Then again not many people do cube and dieing at the spawn point drops u in the middle of the room. Maybe that was their answer to pking in cube

    I know someone who sent in a screenshot a while back, of a barb trying to kill him in the corner of room 1, in the screenshot - the animation of a barb skill was being used, the damage was shown on his log, stun and evasion debuff was on the target, his HP was down, and of course the barb standing beside him doing it all.

    The response that was sent to this person - You will need to provide more evidence of this happening.

    the person she is talking About was quite possibly THE biggest cash shopper on the server. you wouldnt know anything about him though. In any case, word on the street was that he literally paid to get his account back. I can assure you his charging of zen covered a PWE employees entire paycheck xDD

    What happens if RPQers try to pk you but then you end up pking them does that count against u as in like they take a sceenie of you totally owning them when they are trying to pk and get you banned?

    Fixing this issue is a job that can be done in less than 20 minutes and even that is being generous. Seems kinda counter productive to me that they would rather put them selves in a position where deaths occur and have to be checked etc when they could just fix the problem in its self.

    Setting safezones and non safezones is elementary stuff kinda disturbing that PW is either to lazy or actually lacks the skills to do it.

    Yes, fellow Sanctuarians know who I'm talking about. He wasn't well-known here on the forum, but everyone on Sanctuary knew him or about him.

    The pk area is not original, it came about during one of the updates that likely was a modification to safe zone setting. They did not choose to turn it into one, it was a side-effect. So really depends how the area effect is set, and what the original change was that caused it. So likely not as cut and dry as you'd like to believe it is.

    after some recent events, i am wondering how much truth there is to this.

    sadly the GM that showed up in cube the other night did not take any action other than possibly talking to the person. the pk r whispered me later something to the effect of "HAHAHA nothing happened to me" after several other players had told him it was bannable and he stated he didnt care.

    i think that it may be possible to get banned for this action but probably not until after the 120th warning or something like that.

    actually,i know couple of ppl too from LC who was in same situation,reported it with ss and they said theres not enough evidence..lol
