I'm making a pvp genie but I've noticed that the range on occult ice is pretty small. It also requires a LOT of str.... around 80 to have it be really effective. I'm just trying to decide on skills to get. I'm thinking of Expel, ToP, HP, and cloud eruption and then just pump most of my stats in vit / magic for survivability. what do you think?

No. Expel, ToP, HP, and Cloud Eruption have a combined 21 affinity requisite. Your genie would need to be level 100 to have those 4 skills. Occult Ice adds 1 more water affinity requirement (from water 6 for Expel to water 7), so your genie (and you) would need to be level 105 to achieve that combo.
Your best option is to drop ToP for Second Wind. That saves you 1 affinity point, dropping the respective level requirements to 95 and 100. Second wind will heal less, but the extra boost you get from the high str you need to make Occult Ice effective should help lessen the loss.0 -
i'm almost 100 lol.. I'm planning for the future aka 40% more ... which is 4 days
And i don't think I want occult ice on it that's why I'm looking for opinions on skills / stats.

Actually, you get 1 affinity point for every genie level above 100. So you would only need level 101 to get 22 affinity points and get Occult Ice. Still a viable set of skills if you are able to level up yourself and your genie to 101.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
