I noticed a few days ago that every character looked the same! Well, every character of the same species anyway. Their hair colour is always the default grey/black and the default style. Tideborns are always bald.

Has anyone else noticed and is there a solution?

    You probably have the customisations off. You need to go into game setting while in the game and check custmize in there so you can see the differances.

    That said, customization option on will significantly increase lag rate, so choose wisely.
    Maintenance time. Please choose a line:

    Something curious. Barbs look better without customization, than with the standard one when you create it.

    Talking, of course, about those lazy barbs who doesnt customizate their char. Or only change eyes color, something that almost all people do. =o_O=

    The customizations setting will only slightly increase lag, depending on your computer set-up.

    If you hit the "best performance" switch and log out, the settings set by "best performance" will be set as as your settings so you'll have to manually set your settings back as you want them again - including the customizations setting.
