Clothing and Color??

now I have never bot clothing from the Boutique so I'm not sure how the colors work from it; What I have heard is that they are random but know I have heard there is a way to get the color you want so my question is " How do I get the color I want right when I buy it so I don't have to buy pigments? "

    Either buy pigments, or buy from the AH

    So you can't get the color you want when buying clothes other then pigments?
    But on the other hand I talked to a guy and he say's he knows a way to get the color he wants when he buys his cloths from the Boutique.

    Unless he means the fashion preview thing, which doesn't count as you don't actually get the fashion

    He is lying. You cannot pick what color you want when you buy from the boutique. You CAN use the fashion preview option to figure out what colors you want to get of the dyes so your clothes coordinate. But the only way to get the color you want is either to be just that lucky as to get it when you buy it or to use pigments/dyes.

    yea he said whatever the clothes color is in the fitting room that's what it will be when you buy it so he keeps going in and out until he gets the color he wants then buys it from there. I would try it but just put the rest of my money in a overcoat LOL

    The fitting room is actually a preview of color. It does not make your clothes have the color you want... which is normal, or dyes would have no purposefulness ever.

    this does seem true BUT have any of you tried it I'm going to try and see with the cheap clothes that's only one gold.

    When I bought my Magician's Coat from the Boutique, I had color-previewed it as a toned-down, olive green color. When I purchased the item, it ended up being light green. While this was somewhat close to the color I wanted, it was still random, and NOT the color from the color preview tool. I count myself lucky that the thing was even green at all, even if it was not the best green.
