Is opening lvl 50 supply chest worth it?

b:surrender I was wondering because I know you get 1 million in coin for the lvl 50 supply chest. But you can sell the 5 gold for around 2.5 million coin. So my question to you is, what you get from the supply chest later on, is it really worth opening the lvl 50?

    It used to be when gold was still 100k each.

    The weapon in the chest is still by far the best for level 50->60, just depends on if you wanna pay 2mil for it (minus the ~1m you get back from it).

    Not at all, the weapon is decent but 50 to 60 is like 3 days now and at 60 you can get your TT60 weapon.

    b:shocked Ok so it may not be worth for the weapon at 55, but what about lvl 60 and so on? Do you get anything worth while at those lvls?

    3 emerald charms. (not too useful)

    40 mysterious chips (~400k)

    Flawless shard of choice (~200k)

    5 do-all cards (250-300k)

    christmas blessing (+1% crit) (requires another hammer)

    So no, not really.

    Weapon is good and all. Thing is, if you don't find making easy and don't have a lot of money, buying a perfect hammer is not worth it. As Rawrgh said, it's not hard to level from 50 to 60 fast. I had the money so I bought and got it but that's just a case. I'm not buying one for lvl 80 though >_>

    For less than 1m you can get either Xeno's Sledgehammer or Wheel of Fate for barb/bm or caster... not sure how the other weapons for fishies stands out, but it's cheaper to go with the legendary...

    I vote NO.

    When I started the game, I looked up the weapon I would get at level 50 and, having never spent rl cash on the game before, decided to buy the hammer. It worked perfectly and lasted a while.

    It was a good investment for someone who didn't know what else was out there. What other weapons I could have bought for less than 2 mil. Now that I've played for a while, have game coin, and know whats out there I know the 2 mil is better spent.

    Almost everything (everything?) you get from the stash is non tradeable. I didn't need refreshment stones or genie resets. I have yet to use my mysterious merchant coins. And you prolly wont even get the 80 stash because 2 mil isn't worth the christmas tome that sells for 700k and whatever else it gives.

    Get the level 45 stash then sell the stash for the extra inventory space.
    Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

    most common use for chips to convert into coins is dice tickets.

    As another poster mentioned, the items you get back won't even get you back the 2m+ coins (depending on server) used to open it. It used to be worthwhile back when gold was low, but now it's all a big scam really.
