Cycle: Crazy Stone Quest Glitch

I have two of them right now and i have the items it is asking for, but the flag above the NPC is staying gray, and its saying there are no suitable quest atm for me. but there is. they are in my quest log, so i tried to trash them and it wont let me. How do i fix this? and there have been a few other people with this problem

    are you sure you have the items needed. and how do you have 2 of them? on two separate characters? i think at your level it switches to grd 2 stones. then at 61 grd3, 81 ( i think, or 90) it switches to grd 4

    yes I'm sure it even shows that I have what I need
    and i have two on one chara

    If the flag is gray, then you do NOT have what the npc wants. Check the quest log to see what is needed then double check your inventory. You may have to get a higher grade of shards instead.

    the only way you can have two on one character is buy either wedding invitations (in which case you need grd 4 and another NPC to talk to, and is also a waste at your level) or you got one from the day before, didn't finish it, and have this days gem quest AFTER you finish yesterdays. but you can't have two quests at once from the same NPC

    it is from two different NPC's and i do have what they need, in the quest box it says the shards names in green, as in that i have what i need.

    then you obviously haven't taken them to the NPC that you need to. read your quest, don't just look at the items needed

    At your level, the shards needed are supposed to be rough, not shabby. I don't know why it says otherwise but you definitely need rough shards.

    i bought rough shards, still isn't working, anyway i can get a GM to take a look

    i have to of this quest i dont want to do it and i cant trash its oculpade my quest inventory i reale need ot now hoe to trash this .

    it can't be trashed go over by the Hou Jenhsi and buy one of each of the shards from the catshops there roughly 9000 for all of them make sure you scroll down in the shard pane of what you need and make sure you buy rough or shabby whichever it is it ask for. turn them in to the person it says to wait 10 minutes and collect a ton of exp.
