    Mine took all of one day and half of another....on my new laptop so I don't know what's up with the speed...

    It took me about 20-30 minutes on my dad's business internet.

    Mine's been downloading for about 7 hours now, and its 94% done. It'll probably take another 45 minutes to finish. And I have a new Toshiba laptop thats really fast, with a good DSL internet connection.

    i downloaded this game on a dialup connection, took 5 days......
    i am so happy to have a 5Mbit connection now

    Took me two and half hours to download. Then another hour for the updates. So three and a half hours and no sleep till 1:30AM. I didn't think it would take so long. Work the next day, drank coffee all day. b:shocked

    Most of the time, mine was spent updating D': It's still updating now D': It's been ALL Night, well.. 10 pm too 5 am.. And it's only half way D':

    Downloading didn't take that long - maybe 15-20 Minutes, just like the installation.

    If I remember correctly, it took me about 4 hours all in all (from the moment where I cliked the link on the site to download to when I could log in). It was a year and a half ago, on Jan 1, 2009 (good date, easy to remember ^^)

    When I installed it on my old laptop (no longer in use, too slow) last summer, it took almost a day, I remember when I started at 2 p.m and thought "good thing I started the download so early, it will be finished by evening," and at 10 p.m it was about 50% done -.-

    Mine was about 3-4 to download game... then when rising tide came out, it took like 2 hours to download the expansion... but then it had issues, so i had to re-install the whole thing overnight >.>

    Downloading took about 40 minutes and installation took about 20 minutes ^^

    I would have to say it depends on the speed of your internet and computer for downloading and installing.

    mine is still downloading and it takes bout 6 hrs on my friends but i get bout 10% ever hour or two... why does it go so freakin slow???

    Depends on your internet speed.
    If you want it to be faster, just stop any activity you are doing on the computer involving internet usage (i.e: Internet explorer, chatting apps...etc)

    Took me 1 hour 30 min. I thought it was pretty long until I read this topic and saw how long other people took .
