Training Exoterica not working?

Faction member and myself activated an Exoterica and there was no difference in XP. Any one else experiencing this issue?

    I believe we are still currently on a 2x EXP and Spirit Event, which means that Training Esotericas will not have any effect.

    Esotericas and hypers both give you a multiplier on the base exp and spirit gain from a mob.
    Hypers will stack with esotericas though.

    Ex. Say you get 500 exp and 30 spirit from killing a mob. No event, no esoterica, and no hyper stone.

    During a 2x event, you will get 1000 exp and 60 spirit, because you're getting 2x the base. An esoterica will only multiply on the base, so you're still only getting 1000 exp and 60 spirit.

    If you have 8x hyper stones going w/ no event, then you're getting 4000 exp and 240 spirit. If you have an esoterica going too, or if we're in a 2x event, then you're getting 2x the base exp, added (NOT multiplied) to your exp gain. Which means you're getting 5000 exp (1000 + 4000) and 300 spirit (240 + 60).

    Realizing you should know than I would, I'm going to have to disagree. A mob I was getting 1500+ xp for yesterday is now like 750 which is half(without the exocerica), that being said,2x is over and the esotericas aren't working properly. I was the one that had activated the exoterica with oOViolatorOo and there was NO xp diffrence between having it activated and when it was over.

    Hmm, I thought the event was over at !:00 AM. Yes, Sabella had the Esoterica and I had a Martial Arts Scroll.

    Okay should I waste another one to see if they work or is there a ligit answer for this issue?
    This event will run from June 23rd at 1:00am until July 7th at 1:00AM

    i recently bought some of the training things
    i am so dissapointed in them they do not work what a waste of real money
    wish there was a way to get my money back
