Cannot log in

Hello, i have been trying to log in on my main character on Heaven's Tear, but it wont log in. I can log in with alts on Heavens Tear and they log in fine, ive even tried my characters from other servers and they too log in fine....Any suggestions?

    Please try a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher and/or press down "W" while logging into that character.

    I have some problem but with harshlands server i cant log in at all,i verfied files and tried the 'W' option but still have no luck getting on

    Tried both of the above and it is still not working.

    It's just the normal bug report window that is shown once i click my main character

    I got it working, i logged on to another system and it allowed me so i think it was my computers problem...I'd recommend putting that into the FAQ

    Your other computer probably has different in-game graphic settings (or different hardware features). That is why we suggest changing the graphic settings until you get it fixed. b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
