      no it doesnt. Thats the server name PerfectWorld.ws, not PerfectWorld.com. the .com, .org, .net, .whatever are all different URLs. Thats a site that found a Domain Name that wasnt taken cause of the final part of the domain name. They're a 3rd party seller and thats bannable.

      This begs the question, how on earth would you expect anyone to sell you coins at a better rate than you could get in the Auction House in PW?

      Quoted for the truth :) Have noticed him/her in a few threads though demanding them to be locked or moved... What I like to call a backseat GM the most annoying kind of forum user known to man.

      Some might say "there are scammers out there, because of people like me"
      But I think - there are people like me, because of the scammers.
      No metter how annoing this all situation is and no metter how hard some characters lough at this, I still wish you all the best, and hope you will never get cheated ar scamed (cuz u know - u so ***** smart and all)
      Special thanx to guys who do understand how upseting this is and support me.
      I sent email to GM explaining everything, so hopefully I won't get banned...
      Hell with that money. I just payed small price for a valuable lesson and done all I could to stop others.

      Yeah, but if there weren't any like you, the scammers wouldn't be there either. That way of thinking has never gotten anyone anywhere. Since without you, they wouldn't be, without them, you wouldn't be. So basically it's just a bad excuse for a stupid mistake you did.

      AHEM. Anyway, I feel bad for you loss of money and all, hopefully you won't get banned. If you do well.... That sucks. b:surrender You should do quick google searches whenever you get on a thirdparty link(since this obviously was so, I doubt you'll find the link anywhere on this page) too see wheter it's real or not. Their livechat seems to be famous for being frauds/scammers anyway.

      She's right. Posting links to 3rd party sites where you can purchase gold or in game items or accounts is indeed a bannable offense. Asking to sell or buy in-game items with real $$ in the forums is a bannable offense. So is posting instructions on how to modify game files, glitching and how to exploit. Just because you're ignorant of the rules does not make you immune from them. b:bye

      I guess that DrankElf is quite affected already and learned his lesson. Rubbing the wound with salt is surely not a nice way to discuss things about.

      Yeah, yeah, of course it would never affect you guys ever, because you are too smart for it. But never say never. Life is full of surprises and a lot of bad ones amongst them.

      I am not asking you all to have empathy towards him if you don't have any, but trolling him on something that concerned him alone is not acceptable.

      Lesson well learned. I'm glad you are aware of your mistakes. Be more careful next time. And thanks for warning others on the site that might of actually went to the site and attempted to do the same thing.

      Yeah, buying gold from these third party sites will likely either get your credit card information stolen or get you banned and the gold in question confiscated.

      So really, don't take that chance.

      Oh and please don't post about this in the forums.
