    12,100,000 value from a purely investment perspective. Then you have to take into account does the faction have a good or bad reputation. All opinion on that.

    And i figured you were, for Nostalgia sake. But on a serious note, I doubt it will completely die, as in empty out when they lose all land. I've seen it in Evolution and a few other guilds that werent big TWs but still had their drama cataclysms. Alot leave, but there still end up being a small base amount of players who never will. Kinda doubt they'll sell it to you, but who knows?
