This is third conversation. First one was in the morning, 2nd at midday. Didn't save them, cuz wasn't expecting any of this.
Unfortunately there are no time in the chat, so u can't see how long it took, but i'm sure it's about 1 hour. So all day i'm waiting for my money and still nothing.

    It's the week-end, takes longer to process payments. For best service, I always do transactions on week days, between 9-5. Most often it's the banks who are slower.

    You can only buy gold through Perfect World Entertainment. That website is obviously not PWE, as PWE started back in 2008 with PWI as it's first game, not 2006 as that website says. Therefore, you are buying gold through a separate company, a bannable offense. So, enjoy your ban. b:bye

    How could the OP even think this was legitimate?
    It still surprises me how stupid people can be, seriously

    First you do a kinda obviously ban able thing which aside from the fact that you got scammed also earns you less coins then buying zen, changing that into gold and then and selling that gold
    And second you actually figure to go complaining about it on the official pwi forums so the GMs can see it

    OP wont be banned for this as he has no bought anything from anywhere (did not receive the goods so no transaction has taken place) infact he was scammed so no TOC has been broken. There are many of these sites out there and 99.9% of them are there to solely take your money.

    The clue was kinda in the website address looking at the .ws domain you get

    Meaning you dont even have a case against them and I would be surprised if anybody took this seriously you could try contacting http://www.samoanic.ws/ to lodge a complaint with them to get the site removed but thats about it the money is now gone unless you used paypal or your credit/debit card which will cover you against things like this.

    Rather then bash the OP for his moment of stupidity give him some credit he has bought up a very valid point here that I hope many will learn from even I have looked at these websites in the past in the hunger for coin but im a lot more cautious and do alot of research before placing any transactions (Not that I have I have never found a legit one for PW)

    when dealing with money over the internet just stick to trusted sites b:scorn or get a gaming card from a store

    I would also cancel your visa card and request a new one if they have your card details they can easily take further money or sell it to someone else.

    ...which is kinda what you would have done if this transaction had gone through. You may be banned still though, as they also state:
    18. Disciplinary Action/Account Termination

    PWE MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, BLOCK ACCESS TO OR DELETE THE SERVICE OR ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.
